This advert is open to both Internal and External applicants.

 

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated family support worker to take a lead role in supporting families within the context of the Thrive Framework through holistic whole family assessment and one-to-one direct work with children and young people, contributing to the delivery of the Supporting Families Programme by working with the family to assess risk and co-ordinate support to meet identified needs within the family.

 

To empower families to create sustainable change and thrive thereby reducing demand on statutory services.
