Actual Salary: £23,151.49 - £24,294 pro-rata to hours
Hours: 37 hours per week (will also consider requests for job-share, working 18.5 hours per week)

This is a fixed term post until 31 March 2025. A secondment may be possible subject to the approval from your current manager.
A vacancy for a dedicated team support worker has arisen within our innovative Family Group Conference and Life Long Links Team due to the post holder being successful in progressing her career.
In this role you will provide admin support such as booking venues, attending meetings and taking notes, inputting information into management systems, replenishing refreshments, supporting the team, Advanced Practitioner and Family Group conference and Lifelong Links Lead.
This would be an ideal opportunity for somebody who is looking for an opportunity to advance their skills, to explore a career in a social care context and has an interest in working who teams who support children and young people.
