Hours: 32 term time only 

 

This advert is open to both Internal and External applicants.

 

We require an exceptional early year professional to become part of our highly regarded Early Years Inclusive Learning Service.

 

Your main role would be in supporting the work of the service in assessing and meeting the needs of pre-school children aged 0-5 in Stoke on Trent who may have additional needs through the implementation of the SEND Code of Practice and to contribute to the delivery, co-ordination and development ofservices for pre-school children aged 0-5 years and their families by the successful implementation of the Stoke on Trent SEND Strategy.

We need an excellent communicator who is confident in collaborating and inspiring others.

 

Your role will be to supporting professionals, parents and carers in ensuring that children receive the right support at the right time.
