**Join Us as a Casual Residential Support Worker!**

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We're on the lookout for casual Residential Support Workers to join our Small Group Homes team. Our homes support young individuals facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, and we're looking for people with compassion, empathy, and resilience.

As a casual worker, you'll have the flexibility to choose when you work, with no obligation on either side. While work is not guaranteed, the hours offered will be varied and tailored to the needs of our homes. This is a great opportunity to engage in meaningful work without the constraints of a fixed schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 **Support and Care** Provide a nurturing environment for young people, guiding them through their educational, social, and community activities.
 **Behavior Management** Handle challenging behaviors with patience and understanding, fostering a positive and safe atmosphere.
 **Flexibility** Be ready to work during unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, covering shifts as needed.
