The Supporting Families Service wish to recruit a motivated and passionate advanced practitioner to lead and supervise a locality-based team of front-line Family Support Workers.
You will contribute to the delivery of the National Supporting Families Programme by working 'whole family' to assess risk and coordinate support to meet identified needs within the family.
You will review and allocate referrals, provide the line management and case supervsion to the locality family support workers and monitor and strengthen quality of practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team providing support to children and families within Stoke on Trent.
