We are looking for a motivated Family Support Worker to take a lead role in supporting families within the context of the Thrive Framework through holistic whole family assessment and one-to-one direct work with children and young people.

 

You will contribute to the delivery of the Supporting Families Programme by working ‘whole family’ to assess risk and coordinate support to meet the identified need within the family.

 

You will be able to empower families to create sustainable change and thrive thereby reducing demand on statutory services.
