We are seeking a Strategic Manager Housing Management who will bring energy and drive to the overall responsibility for leading the operational delivery of an excellent housing service to our c.18,000 tenants and leaseholders.

 

Reporting to the Assistant Director, the post-holder will be an effective, active and supportive member of the Housing Development and Growth Leadership Team.

 

You will have experience of managing multi-disciplinary operational services within a fast-paced regulated environment and the ability to develop stakeholder relationships and work in partnership.

 

Commitment to adding value beyond housing services, you will make an effective contribution to the strategic thinking across the City Council to ensure excellent customer service and experience for all.
