Duration: Fixed term post until 31 March 2023, with a view of further funding after this date. This is available as a secondment opportunity, with agreement from your manager.
Grade: Level 4
Hours: 37 hours per week
Closing Date: 15 August 2022
We are looking for a full time Team Support worker to support the
Family Group Conference Team. You will provide
excellent customer service and support the Family Group Conference Lead and
Coordinators in arranging Family Group Conferences, support in following up
reports, carry out photocopying and contact families and services for feedback.
You will also up date and maintain information on records (computerised), minute
team meetings and support with reports.
