This is a great opportunity to join us on our improvement journey and is central to embedding good practice and looking at innovative ways to deliver good outcomes for children, young people and their families. You will undertake audits of children’s services and therefore should have a working knowledge of record management systems. The role is integral in supporting the quality assurance framework within the service and developing policies to drive forward good practice. Above all applicants must be experienced social workers who are able to provide high challenge and high support to colleagues.

This position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the successful applicant will be subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
