An exciting opportunity has arisen to join
the recently redesigned Supporting Families Service (formerly Early
Intervention) to support the various functions of the team and to work on
continuous improvement and development of the service. You will be responsible
for managing the business support functions of the service and support the
leadership team to identify areas of continuous improvement including the
transformation of children's centres into Family Hubs. You will be dynamic,
assertive and tenacious in your approach to supporting the service and partners
in improving the way we support vulnerable children and families. You will support
the local delivery of the Supporting Families service working collaboratively
across the partnership to embed future changes to the service including the
development of children’s centres and family hubs. You will support the
implementation of the Early Help and Prevention Strategy 2020-2024. You will
manage and support contractual arrangements between the service and its key
partners, working cross-sector to evidence good family and individual level
outcomes.
You will take a lead role in the production
of marketing materials and the hosting of events to ensure the highest
standards are met and the reputation of the service and the authority is reflected.
You will manage and maintain data bases tracking children’s records and
ensuring all information is managed appropriately in compliance with the GDPR. You
will support the service to develop and manage detailed monitoring processes
providing monthly updates and quarterly returns to a range of governance forums
and the senior management team. You will support the business using service
level data and financial resource to plan and monitor service delivery
including the monitoring of financial resource and manage the financial
processes within the service ensuring compliance with financial regulations at
all times.
You will work with partners and local venues
to promote and improve accessibility of services for vulnerable children and
families.
