Grade:  Level 5 (Subject to Review)

Hours: 37 hours per week

 

This advert is open to Internal applicants only.

 

As a Family Advisor you will have experience of working in a customer facing role in a health, education or children's services role.  You will be responsible for providing information to families and professionals on a wide range of support services, advisory services, local groups and activities.  You will also provide effective and efficient administrative and operational support to the early help and family support teams within a defined locality. 

 

Working front of house in the Supporting Families Service, you will receive enquiries from members of the public and professionals and provide appropriate advice, sign-posting and guidance within the context of the Thrive framework.

 

You will have experience of supporting vulnerable children and families and it will be your responsibility to understand the needs of children and families seeking advice or support ensuring they access the right support in a timely and appropriate manner.

 

In this exciting and important role you will contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of Children’s Centre services and to contribute to the development of the family hub model.
