Actual Salary: £8,145.40 - £8,993.10

We are looking for a Workforce Development Support Adviser to work
within our newly formed Learning and Development Academy, supporting the
Children’s Social Care Workforce Development Officer.
The role will be supporting with delivery of learning and development
activities for Early Intervention and Children’s Social Care, ensuring that
current and future service delivery requirements are met. You will also support the delivery of a range
of learning and development interventions, in order to strategically align
workforce development for Early Intervention and Children’s Social Care for
both commissioners and providers.
You will have an understanding of learning needs analysis and the
development of training plans and have experience of arranging, planning, facilitating
and evaluating learning and development activities. You will also have a good standard of general
education to Level 2 standard including English and Maths.
