Hours: 37 hours per week
In Stoke on Trent we are continuing to strive to provide best social work practice which improves the lives and outcomes for children, young people and their families. In order to ensure best practice we have developed two Audit, Policy and Procedures posts. These posts will support our improvement journey in auditing case work and providing up to date procedures which support our frontline practice. We are looking for experienced social workers/managers who know what good social work practice looks like and are able to provide support/mentoring to social worker/managers in order to achieve this. This is a great opportunity to drive good practice and look at innovative ways to deliver good outcomes and be part of this exciting journey.
