Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking a talented and driven Team Manager: Landscape Architecture to lead our dedicated team in delivering innovative, high-quality public realm projects that transform the face of our city.
This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a specialist in-house team, working on a dynamic portfolio of regeneration and place-shaping projects—ranging from capital public realm investments to cutting-edge masterplans and strategic planning advice.
As Team Manager, you’ll play a pivotal rolein setting design direction, delivering technical excellence, and ensuring the city’s public spaces reflect the needs and aspirations of our communities.
You’ll manage and develop a team of Senior Landscape Architects, providing leadership on everything from site evaluation and design strategy to contract management and performance improvement.
Your input will influence major schemes, funding bids, planning applications, and long-term city visioning.
You’ll be a key voice in shaping sustainable, inclusive and accessible places—bringing together technical expertise, creative insight and strategic thinking.
