We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated Talent and Recruitment Business Partner to join our dynamic team.

 

This role is responsible for delivering recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring we can successfully attract, recruit and retain great people using targeted recruitment, attraction, development and selection strategies.

 

A key focus will be to ensure that Stoke-on-Trent City Council has extensive visibility across a range of platforms and that that our branding is attractive and puts us in a prime position to successfully identify and recruit new colleagues.

 

Your responsibilities will also include designing and co-ordinating assessment centres, making sure all candidates have a positive and seamless recruitment process from start to finish, and to also lead on international recruitment.

 

You should hold CIPD Level 5 or have equivalent level of knowledge, skills and competencies and extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory requirements in relation to recruitment and employment conditions.
