We have 2 posts available (1 x permanent & 1 x temporary for 12 months)
We are seeking a temporary Human Resources Officer to join our team.
You will provide customer focussed, pragmatic HR advice and support to directorate managers on attendance management, performance, service redesign and conduct issues etc. as well as grievances, so will ideally have experience of working within HR in a large and complex organisation.
Knowledge and experience of using MicrosoftOffice is required and an understanding of the council’s HR procedures would be advantageous.
You will need to be able to work both as part of a team and independently and have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to conflicting deadlines, and be flexible and resilient in your approach to work.
