We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business manager to lead and empower our safeguarding partners, playing a pivotal role in advancing the objectives of the Partnership.
Based at Stoke on Trent City Council, you'll collaborate closely with partners and group chairs, as well as other boards in multi-agency settings. You'll be at the forefront of strategic planning, driving initiatives that positively impact the lives of vulnerable children across Stoke on Trent.
We're looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives on making a difference. In this role, you'll shape the future of our Partnership, crafting forward-thinking plans and delivering impactful reports that directly contribute to the safety and well-being of at-risk children in Stoke on Trent.
We're searching for an individual who embodies a deep passion for safeguarding children and possesses extensive knowledge in this area. Your expertise should extend to collaborative work with partner agencies at a strategic level, showcasing your ability to navigate complex environments effectively.
As a self-motivated professional with management or leadership experience, you will demonstrate a grasp of legislation, statutory guidance, policies, and procedures. Your understanding of multi-agency safeguarding arrangements will be robust, enabling you to confidently offer advice, support, and both operational and strategic guidance across the partnership.
