Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications:
· Qualified Teacher: £22.09 - £30.62 per hour
· Unqualified Teacher: £15.26 – £23.80 per hour

Instrumental/Vocal/Curriculum Teachers Required
Salary: Main or Unqualified Teacher's pay scale dependent on experience and qualifications
Stoke-on-Trent City Music Service is dedicated to providing high quality music education for children and young people in Stoke-on-Trent. The service is looking for enthusiastic and committed teachers who would like to join the peripatetic teaching team.
We are particularly interested in applications from teachers with experience in the following areas:
• All disciplines (Strings, Brass, Woodwind, Percussion,
Guitar, Piano)
• Whole Class Ensemble Teaching (First Access)
• Curriculum music teachers Casual teaching hours will be
offered in response to cover work and demand from schools.
Some evening/weekend work may be required and the ability to
travel between schools is essential. Enhanced DBS checks will be undertaken as
part of the recruitment process.

Successful applicants will be invited to
initially join our pool of teachers and will be offered work on a casual basis.
We are
