Location Ashfields New Road, Newcastle, Staffs. ST5 2SJ
Contract Type Permanent pending probationary period
Hours up to 22.5 hours over 3 days.
Salary Grade 5

About This Role
As an Administrative Officer for Learner Attendance, you will:
· Monitor and improve learner attendance and punctuality.
· Liaise with parents, carers, staff and external agencies.
· Produce and analyse attendance data to support SLT decision-making.
· Provide administrative and reception support, including first aid (training provided).
· Contribute positively to the ethos and Catholic mission of the Collegiate.
The ideal candidate will:
· Be well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
· Have strong IT skills (Arbor or similar MIS desirable).
· Communicate effectively with learners, parents/carers and colleagues.
· Demonstrate discretion, initiative and resilience.
· Share our commitment to safeguarding and high standards.
