We’re looking for a motivated Senior Service Support Officer to join our Highways team.
In this key role, you’ll lead a small team and provide expert technical and customer support, helping keep our city’s network safe, responsive, and moving.
What you’ll do: Manage and respond to service requests, public complaints, and insurance claims Supervise and support Service Support Officers, ensuring high standards of delivery Act as the first point of contact for technical advice on highway issues, including flooding and winter maintenance Handle FOIs, complaints, and Councillor enquiries with confidence and clarity Coordinate information gathering and produce reports for decision-making.
