This is a part time (18.5 hours) fixed term post until 31March 2026.

 

A vacancy for a dedicated team support worker has arisen within our innovative Family Group Conference and Life Long Links Team.

 

A secondment may be possible subject to the approval from your current manager.

 

In this role you will provide admin support such as setting up files, booking venues, attending meetings and taking notes, inputting information into management systems, replenishing refreshments, communication with families and professional to arrange meetings, obtain feedback and supporting the team, Advanced Practitioner and Family Group conference and Lifelong Links Lead.

 

This would be an ideal opportunity for somebody who is looking for an opportunity to advance their skills, to explore a career in a social care context and has an interest in working who teams who support children and young people
