This advert is open to internal candidates only and will close on 13th April with interviews to be held 16th April.

 

This is a great opportunity to lead a brand-new team based with Adult Social Care Commissioning and Improvement to support the senior management team to deliver against their plans for continuous improvement and compliance with the highest quality standards.

The Team will consist of:

 

• Quality and Compliance Lead – Level 13 (Subject to Review) - Permanent

 

• Quality and Compliance Officer – Level 9 (Subject to Review) - Permanent

 

• Quality and Compliance Support Officer – Level 6 (Subject to Review) – For 2 years with the option to extend.

 

The Quality and Compliance Team will lead, support, advise, guide and direct the Adult Social Care and All Age Commissioning Directorate in effective compliance processes and administration, continuous improvement, to include ensuring all relevant documentation is maintained between inspections/peer reviews and to manage all submissions and logistical arrangements, clear strategic data and liquid logic management and community and provider engagement, alignment with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, ensuring services meet the highest quality benchmarks and the local authority fulfils its legal and regulatory requirement and the authorities own objectives in relation to designated portfolio.

 

This will require leadership and support of robust strategic planning, governance, policy implementation, project and programme management and commissioning including needs analysis, research and strategic policy and procedure review and maintenance, community, staff and provider engagement and developing strategic planning documents.
