This is a temporary post for 12 months.

 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Social Worker to join the Southeast Community Wellbeing Team for a 12 Month Temporary Contract.

 

In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, working under the framework of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation and guidance.

 

The focus is on relationship-based social work, collaborating with adults, carers, and partner agencies using a strengths-based approach.

 

Key duties include conducting Care Act Assessments, reviews, care planning, Safeguarding Enquiries and Mental Capacity Assessments.

 

You are required to accurately maintain client records alongside strong report writing and communication skills.

 

The position offers regular supervision, peer support, and development opportunities.

You will be joining a supportive well-established community-based team with a diverse mix of workers, skills and experience.
