As a member of the Housing Management Team you would play a vital role in providing an outstanding Tenancy and Estate Management Service, where tenant engagement, tenant satisfaction and a commitment to the requirements of the Social Housing Regulation Act and associated standards are embedded within every aspect of service delivery.
The Housing Team Manager is responsible for the delivery of an efficient, effective and responsive housing management service which includes anti-social behaviour, tenancy, leaseholder and estate management, rent accounting, income advice, tenant engagement and home ownership service for all properties, within the locality, in line with council policies and procedures and AS legislation.
The Housing Team Manager must possess detailed knowledge, experience and understanding of the Social Housing Regulation Act, housing Law and housing management services.
They must be able to demonstrate experience in delivering quality customer services, tenancy management, working within an environment of continual service improvement, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
There is a generic job description but as a Housing Team Manager you will either specialise in Income Collection, Tenancy and Estate Management, ASB, Right to Buy and Leasehold Services or Tenant Engagement The post is full time 37 hrs per week.
