Description
This role is designed to provide the Academy with the capability to actively identify and remove the social and emotional barriers to learning by coordinating outstanding pastoral care for all. As part of the Year Manager team, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of an identified year group. You will monitor and track the behaviour of an identified year group and be the first point of contact for students and parents over any inclusion issue. You will also keep accurate data and records to support behaviour management and for quality assurance of behaviour management strategies. You will run behaviour interventions, implement restorative justice and maintain good standards of attendance within your identified year group (at least national average).
