School Operations Coordinator
Oakhill Primary School
Level 5 - Below 5 year service £21,250 - £23,111 - above 5 year service £21,735 - £23,638
We wish to appoint a dedicated, hard-working person to join our team. It is essential that the post holder will add to the positive ethos of Oakhill. The successful candidate will plan, develop, organise & monitor support systems & procedures working in our busy school office.
Responsibilities include:
· Promoting positive communication in welcoming all visitors and parents ensuring correct safeguarding checks and signing in procedures.
· Being proficient in use of Word and Excel; knowledge of MIS systems is preferable.
· Receiving, checking and distributing deliveries to school
· Finance administration.
· Ensuring positive relationships, effective communication with all stakeholders (e-mail, telephone, social media and face to face customer service)
· Being a people person: a good team player who can work flexibly, independently, and with initiative.
· General administration duties such as updating information systems, organising clubs, filing, photocopying and receiving post and distributing to the relevant member of staff.
