We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, hard-working individual who has a passion for customer service and experience of leading and developing a team to deliver high standards of customer excellence.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Customer Service environment with a high level of commitment to quality customer care.

 

The successful candidate will be required to;

 

• provide efficient and effective telephone and face to face customer service in the Corporate Contact Centre and One-Stop Shop Service.

 

• provide an efficient, effective, empathetic and responsive service to the public and a commitment to customer care and service.

 

• support the Team Leader in ensuring that a high-quality service is provided at all times.

 

• resolve customer escalated enquiries in line with service levels agreements and keep customer records up to date.

 

• act as a focal point of knowledge for colleagues for information relating to your specific service area and team.
