This is a permanent position.
Job Purpose
- Assist in the provision of a safe, efficient and cost-effective service stream on all areas of service delivery
- Ensuring the highest quality of work is provided in the timescales determined by the contract.
- Effectively manage a team of gas operatives, promote a high level of customer service by maintaining effective
- working relationships with colleagues, team leaders and members of other departments and work as part of a team.
Duties
- Carry out annual performance reviews with all your staff, with interim reviews to manage performance.
- Monitor works to ensure they are planned to an effective completion.
- Respond to daily appointments where required
- Respond to required emergency situations
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills updating
- Adhere at all times to Unitas Health & Safety policy
- Conduct work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work and recognised industrial standards
