Stoke on Trent
Unitas is Stoke on Trent Council's repair and maintenance company, carrying out repairs and maintenance for more than 18,000 homes and approximately 600 public buildings across the city.
We are now looking to recruit to two vital leadership roles within the company. These positions offer a real opportunity for the right people with an appetite for fresh thinking to make a big difference to the future of Unitas. You will be working alongside a talented team of colleagues, with passion and commitment to excellence across all areas of the business – all competencies are underpinned by the mission, vision and values that Unitas has at its heart.
We are very proud at Unitas to have been shortlisted for DLO of the Year for the second year running at the prestigious UK Housing Awards 2019 and 2020, within our first and second year of trading and Stoke-on-Trent City Council winning the accolade of Council of the Year for its innovative and strategic approach towards housing.
We are looking to appoint a commercially savvy Director, with extensive experience in the housing sector, who can lead the Unitas organisation on an upward trajectory, further developing and growing this innovative business. In addition, we are looking to add to the Senior Leadership team and are seeking a dynamic individual who has the energy and commitment to work to develop our missions and values.
