Actual Salary: £9,777 - £10,794.50 (Subject to Review)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week
We are looking for a Support Advisor to support the development of the
workforce within Early Intervention and Children’s Social Care in association
with managers and others, ensuring that current and future services delivery
requirements are met. As well as supporting with training implementation,
you will analyse data and produce information on the sector’s workforce, its
learning and development needs and activities undertaken.
You will be a good communicator and have experience of dealing with a
variety of queries / problems. You will have an understanding of learning
needs analysis and the development of training plans and will have experience
of arranging, planning, facilitating and evaluating learning and development
activities. You will be able to maintain databases and produce management
information reports and will have a proven ability to work under pressure and
prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.
